Spinach – 500 g

1. Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook, stirring, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Drain in a colander.

If it is fresh spinach, it needs to be washed, the stems removed, and chopped with a knife. If frozen, simply place, without defrosting, in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom. In any case, spinach must be fried in olive oil until it becomes soft. This will take no more than 5 minutes. If using garlic, add it with the spinach.
