Demons. Guide: Artifact weapons of Warlocks: leveling, appearance, talents Comment by conmanW
That the scepter may appear in the game if the developers plan to add some legendary weapons in the new addition. Together with him, the player believes, Alleria Windrunner and General Turalyon can return to WoW.
"Just think: Ner'zhul in our timeline used the Eye of Dalaran, the Book of Medivh, and the Skull of Gul'dan to destroy Draenor. In the process, he jumped into one of the portals, scepter in hand. Others did the same, such as Alleria and Turalyon. We know that the orc ended up somewhere in the Twisting Nether, but we don't know anything about the elf and the paladin. At least they didn't know until now.
In the garrison quest given by the night elf in the tavern, there are vague hints that the arrow we found in the Shadowmoon Necropolis may belong to Alleria. This must mean that she and Turalyon somehow ended up on Draenor, or at least some of their stuff," the player wrote.
"Returning to Ner'zhul, we all know that he was found, his body was destroyed, and his soul was captured and attached to the Helm of Domination and the Frozen Throne. Why is there no mention of the most powerful artifact, which was the scepter?
The player suggested that if Kil'Jaeden had not managed to get the scepter in the past, he could have traveled to another dimension - to the same Draenor as Alleria's arrow.
What if the reason Alleria was visiting the Shadowmoon Necropolis was because she was trying to find the scepter? We have already seen other artifacts discovered in the Twisting Nether (Bloodhowl at Prince Malchezar in Karazhan). What prevents the scepter of Sargeras from repeating his fate?
Players, the author of the topic believes, have already seen a lot of strange things due to the shift in timelines: Cho'gall has abilities that he should not have, Gul'dan knows about Khadgar. In his opinion, all this may be the result of "Kairoz's fuss with hourglass time", and events like the appearance of Alleria, Turalyon or other things on Draenor could be quite probable.
“You can be sure that whoever now wields the Scepter of Sargeras has incredible power. Who is it? Perhaps we will see during the battle with the Legion in the Tannan jungle. I think it's also a great way to bring Alleria and Turalyon back into the game."
The developers themselves did not report adding a new legendary weapon to the game. About the return of Alleria, the sister of Sylvanas and Vereesa Windrunner, as well as her husband Turalyon, Blizzard was asked during BlizzCon 2013. Then the developers

This greatstaff belonged to Alodi, the first guardian of Tirisfal. The staff served him faithfully in numerous battles with the Burning Legion and subsequently, when Alodi refused the role of guardian. After Alodi's death, the Kirin Tor hid Black Ice, reasonably believing that if it fell to a weaker mage unable to control its power, then the consequences could be dire. Ulthalesh, Harvester of the Deadwind. Sathiel, Azeroth's first Necrolyte, received this scythe from Sargeras himself. The power of a weapon grows as it consumes the souls of its victims. The Reaper got its name when Sathiel drained the life from the inhabitants of Deadwind Pass, creating a focus of magical energy there. When the Guardian of Tirisfal defeated Satiel, he turned his scythe against his mistress, adding her soul to the rest of the victims. Over time, the Dark Riders found the weapon and hid it beneath Karazhan. Subscribe to the Naurplay channel: http://bit.ly/Naurplay Follow the announcements on Twitter: http://twitter.com/Naurplay

Artifacts replace the main weapon. If earlier players knocked out all the guns from bosses, crafting or mobs, now you can go through a certain quest and get incredible power in your class hall.
Warlock/Warlock Artifact Weapon Appearance (Transmut)
Realizing how important appearance for players, Blizzard gave great amount appearance options for each Warlock artifact. In addition to choosing a color, you can choose a unique look for weapons.
Transmut for Ulthalesh, Harvester of the Deadwind is a staff in Afli's specialization, which is equipped for the Harvest of Souls spell, which enhances the weapon.
Transmute for Skull Man "ari is a one-handed off-hand that is used in the Demonology specialization and provides another additional ability for damage.
Transmute for Scepter of Sargeras is a Destruction staff that unlocks Dimensional Rift, which increases damage.
The same is only in the video presentation:
Leveling artifact weapons Warlock (Warlock): Afli, Demonologist, Destro
At the moment, the leveling of Warlock artifact weapons is in development. As soon as Legion is released and the details of the non-beta testing become known, we will write a guide with detailed explanations of each spell. In the meantime, a variant of the type of weapon abilities.
When it came to the new weapons in Legion, the history of warlock artifacts was a strange one, but warlocks have always been that way. These heroes of Azeroth have always enjoyed dubious fame, wielding the corruption of the Burning Legion as a weapon against them. So what will they get?
Despite all the noble deeds, there is always a chance that the hero will switch sides. However, warlocks still serve in the Azerothian armies: who better to know what lies ahead than those who have been controlling demons for a long time?
Due to the class's affinity for dark magic, all three artifacts share an equally terrifying origin. The stories behind the weapons are new, but two of the artifacts we've come across before without knowing all the details we've yet to learn.
Ulthalesh, Harvester of the Deadwind
"Sathiel, the first necrolyte of Azeroth, received this scythe from Sargeras himself. The power of the weapon grows when it absorbs the souls of its victims. The Reaper received its name when Satiel drained life from the inhabitants of Deadwind Pass, creating a focus of magical energy there. When the Guardian of Tirisfal defeated Sathiel, he turned his scythe against his mistress, adding her soul to the rest of the victims. In time, the Dark Riders found the weapon and hid it under Karazhan."
Is in World of Warcraft one place that has long captured the imagination: Dead Meter Pass and Karazhan. We know that there is no life in this place, we know that the tower existed long before Medivh entered it, but we never knew what events led to its appearance.
Now we have a partial answer: Sathiel received the weapon from Sargeras, so the events took place between the Sundering and the War of the Ancients. Or, when the avatar of Sargeras began to wreak havoc on Azeroth, but Aegwynn had not yet defeated him.
You can see that these are completely different pieces of history. That is why trying to determine the exact time is useless - as far as we know, the avatar of Sargeras could roam the lands of Azeroth without revealing his identity for quite a long time, and at different stages of history. But here's what's interesting: Sathiel, and her unique weapon, are solely responsible for the creation of the crater and the magical energy upon which Karazhan was built. Although there are no clear indications that it was she who built it.
More importantly, Medivh has always been interested in the crater in the Dead Meter Pass, and he even moved there to live. If Sargeras did indeed hand over the weapon to Sathiel in person, perhaps he did it on purpose so that when he did take over the body of a mortal, that mortal would be suitably strong.
Man'ari skull
"When the Eredar did not yet serve Sargeras, one of their great leaders, Tal'kiel, masterfully summoned and subdued creatures. Seeking more, he experimented with the Abyss and saw dark creatures unknown to the eredar. His insolence infuriated the demon lord Archimonde. Having killed Tal "kiel, he gilded his skull and put it in plain sight for edification. Now the lord of horror Mephistrot, with the help of a skull, strengthens his strength in order to summon demons for the Legion."
The most interesting thing about this weapon is the contradiction even in its description. We were told that Archimonde, Velen and Kil "jaeden were the leaders of Argus, but it turns out that there was another leader of the Eredar, at a time before they were summoned by Sargeras. In the same paragraph they write "the demon lord Archimonde", despite the fact that before being hired into the Burning Legion by Sargeras , Archimonde was not a demon lord.
Of course, maybe this is a mistake, or maybe Tal "kiel began experiments with the Abyss even when the eredar did not serve the Burning Legion, but he enraged Archimonde after. It is also worth paying attention to the mention of creatures in the Abyss. This can be interpreted in different ways. The fact is that there were ancient gods on Argus, and perhaps Tal "kiel used their magic of the Abyss. Or a dark naaru lived next to Argus, to which Tal'kiel had access.
We know that the Ata "small crystal that Velen used to communicate with K"ure long before the fall of Argus is an artifact of the naaru. It fell to the Eredar or was acquired by them long before Velen came to power. The Eredar didn't even know who the naaru were, other than that they were their distant ancestors. See how long they live.
Therefore, the story of Tal "kiel looks strange, given the positive image of the race before the arrival of Sargeras. They are strong, yes, they are ancient, yes, but I think, given the story of Tal" kiel and how easily Kil "jaeden and Archimonde agreed to obey Sargeras , their race is corrupting as fast as any other in the universe.
The fact that the rest of the man'ari skull story involves the Burning Legion makes me believe that in Legion we will learn more about the origins of the eredar.
Scepter of Sargeras
"This scepter, created by the incredible efforts of hundreds of minions of Sargeras, can open the gates between worlds. It was kept in the depths of the sea for centuries, until the orc shaman Ner'zhul used it to open portals that destroyed Draenor, turning it into Outland. As a result, the scepter was captured by the mages of the Kirin Tor. Unable to destroy it, they have hidden the scepter in a magically protected vault and are now guarding it so that no one else can ever use it."
This beautiful artifact is the essence of seething destruction in a single, terrifying object. The Scepter of Sargeras is the very thing that tore Draenor apart. This is the reason Outland exists. The very fact that he will be handed over to a warlock, whether a hero of the Horde or the Alliance, is embarrassing, to put it mildly.
In Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, this thing was protected by a demon in the Broken Isles. The demon was killed by agents of Ner'zhul, and then the scepter was transported through the Dark Portal to the shaman, who used it in conjunction with the book of Medivh and the Eye of Dalaran to create portals, tearing Draenor to shreds.
Interestingly, after some time, the scepter ended up in the hands of the Kirin Tor. It is not stated how long it took the Kirin Tor to acquire it - they may have discovered it when we visited Outland during The Burning Crusade.
Do you think that an item that can tear worlds apart would be the last thing we want to use against the Burning Legion? If not for other reasons, then at least to exclude the possibility of falling into their hands.
What does it mean? This means the situation in the Legion is extremely difficult. So heavy that we have to use such weapons, which, in the usual scenario, no one in their right mind would even dare to think about. But warlocks don't always do the right thing, do they? Judging by the pace of development of the add-on, this is exactly what we need.
