Long and infinitely long! I would not recommend anyone to take their equipment to them. Brought my phone in for a screen replacement. They promised to do it over the phone within 5 days. It's been 3 weeks since then. In their words, they themselves do nothing, give the phone to the Apple service and wait for the result. Therefore, you can’t get any specifics from them, you can’t pick up the phone in the form that you handed it over to them, you can just forget about it and wait 150 days prescribed in the contract, so that later you can sue if they don’t return anything. It's just an incredibly terrible service delivery approach.
I don’t know if it’s just them or is it in principle that Apple despises everyone who tries to repair their equipment, and not buy a new one, and therefore provides services in this form.

I handed over the laptop for diagnostics (Kolodezny lane house 3, building 25). Reported to be damaged HDD, although a similar breakdown during the warranty period was diagnosed as a "lost contact" and repaired within 2 days.

When I came to receive a laptop, they refused to give me any documentation for a new hard drive (no data sheet, no specifications, not even stickers or labels with minimal technical specifications). That is, not a single proof that a new hard drive was installed in my laptop, and not a BU.
In addition, they demanded payment in the amount of 6,870 rubles instead of the previously declared 6,000, while the cost of the disk indicated by the repair organization itself was 3,100 rubles, informing me that the rest was the cost of work. How the cost of work can be more than the cost of high-tech equipment, God only knows.
She refused to sign for the acceptance of the equipment, the laptop remained in the repair shop. I'm exploring the possibility of holding them accountable.

I understand everything, “Free hugs” are still in vogue, but life didn’t prepare me for this ... There was a problem with my LENOVO TB2-X30L tablet, which began to live on its own, or rather, it types text on its own, the language is half-Russian / half-Ukrainian.
I wore it to the SERSO service center, which is located in the Fashion Season Gallery, this is not the central office, but a branch, I chose it because of the schedule, they work until 22:00, which is very convenient for those who work until late, like me.
Before contacting this particular service center, I called a number of other companies, there are many similar ones in Moscow, but I chose SERSO, as they offered the most suitable option, and found an address closer to home and open until 22:00.
I left a request on the site, so in the morning before work I took my tablet for repair, I didn’t have to stand in line. The reception was formalized, all the necessary documents were handed out, so from this point of view there was no need to worry.
The repair lasted a week, at the end of which the manager of the service center contacted me. In the evening after work, I jumped into the service, in my presence they checked everything, it began to work without problems, and also checked appearance, everything was OK.
It's been three weeks since I took the tablet back from the repair, during this time there were no problems in work, so I want to thank everyone for the excellent work and wish the whole company further growth and more satisfied customers.

In our family, we have one laptop for two with my husband, as well as a netbook for studying with our daughter, but this is not about that. We had a problem with our laptop, it began to get very hot during work, respectively, as a result of this - interruptions in work.
At first, the husband wore it to work, but it did not work out, the person did not undertake to repair it, then they thought and decided to look for the appropriate equipment repair companies. The Internet gave out a bunch of addresses, among which they chose several suitable ones, and then called them, as a result they chose the Serso service center.
I liked the quality of service, all quite friendly and competent specialists, in terms of repair - well done - they did everything on time, they didn’t raise prices and didn’t change prices either. So we were very pleased that we chose this particular service center.

It just so happened that in the last month I have contacted Serso's service center twice.
Our first acquaintance began with the fact that my tablet broke (fell out of bed, after which it did not turn on anymore). For a long time I was looking for where to turn, I visited more than one site, I called many offices, and in Moscow there are plenty to choose from. As a result, I chose Serso, in their favor was both the location (a fairly large number of branches, so there is where to roam), and prices (in my opinion, quite average, something more expensive, and something in times cheaper than competitors).
By the way, only in this office I was consulted by phone normally, others or refused to name the price, even if it was approximate, but I’m generally silent about the repair time ... I am happy to ride all over Moscow to compare repair times and prices for it.
As a result, an application was left on the site, and after work I popped into their office, by the way, some of them work until 10 pm, which is convenient for people like me.
The tablet was repaired for me in a week, and the smartphone was my second visit in a month, which stopped charging, in total faster, it took three days to complete everything. Each time I received an SMS notification, and each time, before giving the thing away, it was checked in my direct presence (both performance and appearance).
I didn’t regret a bit that I turned to this particular office, I advised all my friends and colleagues at work, no one seemed to complain))

The laptop began to behave inappropriately, hung out of the blue when the load was minimal, by the way, after rebooting, the desktop loaded from 3 to 5 minutes, which you know, a very long time. I tried to reinstall the operating system, at that time the laptop had an image of 7 with factory settings. Did not help.
Later, the OS began to swear at the hard drive, they say it was damaged and all that, but the checks did not reveal anything, but decided not to take risks further and not waste more time, and contact the service center. I asked our IT specialists at work, they pointed me to CERSO, I had heard about this service center before, but I didn’t apply myself.
I looked for other options on the net, but this one was still optimal, both in terms of location (there were also working hours, I found an office that worked until 22:00) and price. I filed a repair request through the company's website and took the laptop after work and received all the necessary documents in my hands.
As it turned out, there really were problems with the hard drive, it could fall apart very soon, so they offered me to replace it with transferring all the data to a new one. The old one was handed to me when I picked up the laptop, now I use it as a replacement, as for the repair, as it is already clear, everything began to work fine after that, everything was transferred without data loss, I was satisfied.

At first, I didn’t quite get along with this service center, I handed over the laptop for repair, but they delayed something with the repair, although it later turned out that the lack of the necessary parts in the warehouse was to blame. So after thinking a little, I decided that I got excited, so I decided to write a review about how it all ended.
There are different situations, but I was struck that despite my very aggressive behavior, the girl did not lose her composure and explained everything to me intelligibly, so for the service a solid 5-ka. Repair, here minus 1 point for the fact that there are no necessary parts in stock and they go for a long time, I still think that there should always be a stock, so to speak, NZ, but in general, the repair itself will end successfully, everything was fixed.
Overall: 9/10 - not perfect, but better than anything I've come across before.

I handed over my Canon IXUS 132 photo camera to the CERSO service for repairs, there were problems with the zoom, there was either a full zoom or a distance, something in between was not given, the brakes failed.
At first I wanted to give it to a friend, but I changed my mind during the diagnostic process, somehow he inspired confidence in his words, maybe we’ll do something))) There were no other options but to contact the service center, although I did not regret at all.
Rented at: st. Red Mayak, 2-B, aka COLUMBUS shopping center, my repair was not under warranty and lasted 8 working days.
Satisfied with both service and results.

I contacted Cerso about my Lenovo B50-45 laptop, the damage was minor: the “del” and “num lock” keys stopped working. Previously, I already applied to this service center, but also for trifling repairs, so, clean it from dust.
However, in general, I want to say that even in response to such trifling requests, they do everything with all seriousness, all documents, notifications, etc. By the way, the repair lasted only two days, for the money ... to be honest, here, like the terms, everything is acceptable, so for now we are cooperating.
Well done, keep the brand, not every service can become authorized.

Most of all, I don’t digest situations when equipment starts to crumble out of the blue, so he worked fine for himself, and I didn’t overwork him too much, ordinary work tasks, nothing super complicated, I don’t play games on a laptop, but apparently time ...
So, I turned on the laptop, but it didn’t buzz, the sound was more like someone chewing sand or glass, as it turned out after a couple of minutes, it was the HDD, Windows immediately began to swear furiously that the information threatened.
What to do, it is unrealistic to work in this mode, and losing information means losing several weeks of work, which I would not want either. I turned to the already familiar SERSO service, everything is according to the usual scheme. The only thing I was worried about was the fate of the female, they don’t seem to be repaired, but the information had to be transferred to a new one.
Actually, all the wishes were taken into account and done, and at the same time I cleaned it, I was still going to carry it in a week.
