1. General Provisions
1.1. The caretaker is hired and dismissed from work by the principal of the school without presenting requirements for education and work experience.
1.2. The caretaker reports directly to the principal of the school.
2. Job responsibilities
The caretaker has the following responsibilities:
2.1. carries out protection school grounds, all buildings and services located on it;
2.2. checks the integrity of the protected object (locks and other locking devices; fire fighting equipment; telephones, lighting) together with a representative of the administration or a replaceable watchman;
2.3. starting the shift, he walks around the school territory, all floors, recreations of the school building, making sure that the object is safe, during the shift, he inspects the territory and premises every hour.
2.4. upon detection of malfunctions (broken doors, windows, locks, lack of seals and seals, etc.) that do not allow the object to be taken under protection, reports this to the director;
2.5. in the event of a fire at the facility, raises the alarm, notifies the fire brigade and the police officer on duty, takes measures to eliminate the fire;
2.6. performs acceptance and delivery of duty, with a corresponding entry in the journal;

3. The watchman is prohibited from:
3.1. start work in a sick state, as well as in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication;
3.2. smoking in places not designated for this;
3.3. allow the presence of unauthorized persons in the school premises and buildings located on its territory, unless this is related to urgent emergency and repair work;
3.4. to sleep while guarding the facility.
4. Responsibility
4.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Internal Labor Regulations of the school, lawful orders and orders of the school administration and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, the watchman bears disciplinary responsibility in the manner determined by labor legislation.
4.2. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties the watchman bears material responsibility in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.
5. Relationships. Relations by position
Watchman:
5.1. works in the mode of a normalized working day (without the right to sleep) according to a schedule drawn up based on a 40-hour working week, and approved by the principal of the school;
5.2. is instructed in safety and fire safety under the guidance of the principal of the school.

4. Rights.

5.5. For the culpable infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process (including moral damage) in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as the non-use of the rights granted by this instruction, the caretaker shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by the labor and (or ) civil law.
6. Relationships. Job connections.
Watchman:
6.1. Works according to the schedule drawn up and approved by the principal of the school.
6.2. Receives from the director of the school and his deputies information of a legal, organizational and methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against receipt.
6.3. Performs the duties of other watchmen during their temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation on the basis of the order of the director.
